On behalf of our congregation, I wish to extend our thanks for the excellent service that you and your staff provided regarding the new sound system at our church in Fond du Lac. We especially appreciated your willingness to meet our personal needs by tailoring the system specifically for us. This meant not only the careful analysis of the acoustical and other physical properties of our sanctuary, but being sensitive to out budget concerns as well. The packaging of several equipment and pricing options coupled with an on-site demonstration, proved to be invaluable in our decision-making process. The demonstration was particularly beneficial to lay persons on our worship committee, as it gave them the opportunity to actually hear the difference between our inadequate system and the proposed system.
As you know, though our former sound system was only a year old, we experienced significant difficulty with “dead spots” due to inadequate amplification and poor quality speakers, and that we lacked the flexibility to utilize instruments of both high and low impedance for our new contemporary worship format on Saturday evenings. I am very pleased to say that the new system is performing beautifully, handling a full range of vocals and electronic instrumentation such as guitars, keyboards and digital percussion. Not to be forgotten is the excellent quality and coverage of the spoken word, enhanced by not the sound system itself but by well placed and aesthetically compatible sound absorption materials as well.
In closing, we have been equally impressed by your service after the sale, especially the care that was taken to address our questions as we learned to utilize the system to its fullest. We appreciated Accent's! attention and the patience. Please extend our special thanks to Jim Franzen and “Sammy” Mead, who exemplified professionalism and customer service throughout preparation and installation phases. We look forward to a continued relationship as we expand our audio capabilities in the future. Stan Kocos
